All bookings must be paid in full at time of booking. Cancellation conditions apply to all bookings. Unless specifically stated otherwise.
If you cancel, the hotel will hold your payment and booking in perpetuity. You will be able to change your booking, as long as the price you originally booked is equal to, or greater than, the price offered on the day of your new booking.
If the rate is higher, then you will need to pay the difference between the originally price paid and the new price listed.
If the price is cheaper, the difference may be used to pay for other services provided by the hotel. If you do not use this, you will forfeit the difference. The hotel will not refund any payments.
You may transfer your booking to another name, provided the hotel is informed at least 24 hours prior to arrival, in writing, and the person arriving has photo ID acceptable to the hotel.
If you do not cancel and do not arrive as booked. The first night’s payment will be forfeited. Any additional funds will be treated the same as for cancellations.
